The Custom Plan
Process of Website Development would be as follows:
- You need to fill in our Build Form as complete and specific as possible including all images and contents.
- Upon receipt of your submission, we will review the information and send you feedback including the quotation.
- Once everything is finalized (complete details for site build and quotation approved), we will then send you an invoice for the deposit.
- Once settled, we will design two (2) versions of homepage mock up of your new site based on your chosen Get Connect template/s. Sections from different templates can be combined to create your desired web design. The colour scheme and branding will be replaced with your own and standard customization is included (provided the customization is requested prior to site development and has been checked and approved). Technical development is not included in this plan. You’ll receive this within 24-48 hours (working days) upon receipt of payment.
- You’ll be choosing from the mock up versions we sent you and you have one set of changes you can send to us on the chosen version. Succeeding changes may be subject to charges.
- When homepage design is approved and all needed information is on hand, a time frame will be provided, and we will proceed to building your site on the Get Connect platform (under our account).
- When development is completed, we then send you a preview link of the whole site where you can see how it looks on desktop, tablet and mobile device.
- We allow two (2) sets of minor changes to the site for free. Any succeeding changes* will be charged @ R299 / $20 USD per hour. (*not technical changes)
- Once the site is completely done, we then send an invoice for the balance. When this is paid, we request for the site to be transferred to your account. You can then publish the site (make it live on the web) and even edit the site yourself.
- Site order must be completed within 90 days from the date of order, otherwise, any payment made for the site will be forfeited. If you wish to continue developing the site after the 90 days period, it will be considered as new order.
